Propagated Agar Wedge Culture
Simply withdraw a portion of your wedge, place it on an agar plate, and await propagation!

*The microcentrifuge tube the culture comes in is reusable and autoclavable.
It is highly recommended that you prepare your inoculum in front of a laminar flow hood or at minimum within an (SAB) still air box to avoid contamination. All of our products are prepared in front of a laminar flow hood.
